Mechanical / Hydraulic

General Construction

The SV pump is a non-self-priming vertical multistage pump coupled to a standard motor. The liquid end is positioned between the upper cover and the pump casing, secured by tie rods. The pump casing is available with various configurations and connection types.

Key features include:

  • Liquid end made entirely of stainless steel in 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22 m³/h standard versions.
  • Standard mechanical seal is replaceable without removing the motor from the pump (for 10, 15, 22, 33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV series).
  • Seal housing chamber designed to prevent air accumulation.
  • Reduced axial thrusts allow the use of standard, readily available motors.
  • Pumps for G, N, F, T, R versions are certified for drinking water use (WRAS and ACS certified).
  • Pump body fitted with couplings for installing pressure gauges on both suction and delivery flanges for 33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV series.
  • Easy maintenance with no special tools required for assembly or disassembly.
