Usage
PermaClean PC-77 is designed for use as a cleaning compound in RO systems.
Application Recommendations
- Dosage: Your Nalco representative will recommend the optimum dosage based on specific system conditions.
- Cleaning time: Dependent on the amount of fouling.
- Cleaning parameters: Always use as recommended by the membrane manufacturer regarding cleaning pH and temperature.
- Feeding: Should be fed via a closed system (fluid moved from a closed storage vessel to treated media without atmospheric exposure except for normal venting or pressure relief).
- Flushing: Thoroughly flush the system to remove any residual cleaning product from membrane surfaces before returning to service.
Materials Compatibility
- Suitable for storage and application equipment: PVC, PE, Teflon, Stainless Steel.
- Do not use: Aluminum, Brass, Carbon steel in contact with the neat product.
Handling and Storage
