This document describes the BEL8-E-300 series of 8” End Port RO Pressure Vessels.

Operating limits

• Max. allowable working pressure: 300 psi (20.7 bar)
• Permeate internal pressure not to exceed 125 psi (8.6 bar)

Mechanical / hydraulic

• Feed/Concentrate Port: 1.5" Victaulic
• Permeate Port: 1.25" BSP-Male
• Number of membrane elements: 1 to 8
• Supports: 3 supports required for length code - 4 and over.
• Vessel assembly: Supplied with two strap assembly.
• Adapter options: Two Standard adapters, or Standard & Solid (blind) adapter.
• Color: Standard (white, RAL 9010), or other RAL number by request.

• Never pressurize a pressure vessel that was not loaded with membrane elements.
• All dimensions are for reference only, not for construction unless certified.
• For membranes shimming (if needed), use disk spacers (item 17 & 18) on the feed side of the vessels.
• Saddles can be shimmed if required.
• Do not scale drawing; it may be reprinted on any paper size or copied.
• ASME parts are mentioned, and ASME code SEC. X, RP stamped vessels are an optional configuration.
