    • Available Working Pressure Rates: 300, 450, 600, 1,000, 1,200, 1,500 PSI.
  • Permeate Internal Pressure: Not to exceed 125 psi (8.6 bar).
  • Operating Temperature: Not to exceed 49°C (120°F).

Mechanical / Hydraulic

  • Vessel Body Diameter: Ø202.2 [7.96 in]
  • Feed/Concentrate Port Sizes (Victaulic): 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", 4"
    • Ports with a diameter of 2.5", 3", and 4" cannot be mounted 90° from any other port.
  • Permeate Port Options:
    • 1.5" NPT-MALE (I.D.30 [1.18in]) - Standard Performance
    • 1.5" VICTAULIC - Option
    • 1" BSP-FEMALE - Option
  • Number of Membrane Elements: 1 to 8 elements per vessel.
  • Supports: 3 supports are required for length code - 4 and over.

General Notes

  • All dimensions are for reference only, not for construction unless certified.
  • For membrane shimming (if needed), disk spacers are used on the feed side of the vessels.
  • Saddles can be shimmed if required.
  • The vessel is supplied with two strap assembly.
  • Ports with special height (H) in the vessel and length between ports (P) can be changed to adapt old dimensions, with customer's special request.
