PWG membrane housings are engineered for use in Reverse Osmosis systems. These pressure vessels are designed to accommodate any standard 2.5”, 4”, and 8” membranes.

Mechanical / hydraulic

• Construction features:
  • Dome-shaped 4” End Cap for superior pressure strength and water flow.
  • Seawater FRP Shell; head is constructed with FRP and integrated with the FRP shell.
  • Well-designed End Plug with an incorporated o-ring for better seal capabilities and minimized leakages.
  • Thrust Ring available for seawater and brackish water membrane housing, engineered to handle higher flow rates.
  • UV resistant polyurethane exterior paint finish.
• Feed / Concentrate Material (for Side ports, 600 - 1200 psi):
  • 316L (for 300-450 psi)
  • 2205 (for 600 psi)
  • 2207 (for 1000-1200 psi)
