Applications

Design and Construction

• Design Basis: Ø133x4 shell for the 60 BAR design.
• Structure: Two pressure chambers (Tube side/Product side and Shell side/Service side) in a combined housing.
• Tubes: Tube bank consists of 61 tubes of Ø12x1mm.
• Fluid Group: Designed for fluid group 2 (non-dangerous fluids) as per PED Directive 2014/68/EU.

• Shell Side (S1 and S2) Connections:
  • DN20, DN25, DN40, DN50, DN65 (in accordance with DIN 32676-A)
  • 3/4” (Ø20), 1” (Ø25), 1.5” (Ø38), 2” (Ø51), 2.5” (Ø63.5) (in accordance with ISO 2852-2)
• Note: Other connection types and sizes are available upon request.

Shell Side Workflow Limits

• 0.5 m²: Recommended maximum 3 m³/h
• 1 m²: Recommended maximum 3 m³/h
• 2 m²: Recommended maximum 7 m³/h
• 3 m²: Recommended maximum 12 m³/h
