General Description
The TLCX Tubular Liquid Cooler is designed for fluid-to-fluid heat transfer (cooling or heating). It is constructed from EN.1.4404 (AISI 316L) stainless steel with a sanitary surface finish. The product side is suitable for foodstuff fluids.

Design and Construction
The heat exchanger features two pressure chambers:
- Tube side (Product side): Inner chamber consisting of tubes.
- Shell side (Service side): Outer chamber consisting of the shell and the outside of the tube bundle.
- Designs are based on Ø129x2mm or Ø209x3mm shells. Other sizes and pressure ratings are available.

- Other connection types and sizes are available.
- Recommendations: Follow fitting supplier guidelines and local legislations. Use SH or SSH clamping rings (or similar). For liquids, the outlet should be at the highest point.
