Cleaning Program Control

Cleaning programs can be controlled via:

• Interval control with fixed time intervals.
• Defined weekly or daily programs with up to 6 start times per day.
• Single event directly on site.
• Digital input or a bus signal.

Safety-oriented events can be integrated using digital inputs, such as incorporating the position of retractable assembly limit switches.

Actuator Integration

• Actuators (assembly, valves, pumps) are connected to the Cleanfit Control CYC25, not directly to the Liquiline CM44x.
• Customer provides 24V DC power supply and compressed air supply for actuators.
• Switching from automatic to manual mode provides a safety shutdown for automated systems and sensor maintenance. In manual mode, actuators (except the retractable assembly) cannot be activated electrically or pneumatically.
• A second switch allows manual movement of the assembly between measuring and service modes. Cleaning media are not released until switching back to automatic mode.

Measuring system components

A complete measuring system comprises:

• Cleanfit Control CYC25 with at least 1, optionally 2, pneumatic pilot valves for assembly control.
• Liquiline CM44x (with sensor) with at least 4 relays and Chemoclean Plus (optionally 4 digital inputs).
• Pneumatically controlled retractable assembly, optionally with limit switches (e.g., Cleanfit CPA875 or CPA871).
• 1 pneumatically controlled valve or pump for transporting medium, and up to 2 electrically controlled valves (24V DC) or up to 3 electrically controlled valves for cleaning agents.
• Optional multi-inlet (rinsing block) to the assembly.
