Functions and Features
- Modular, robust, heavy-duty retractable assembly designed for harsh environments.
- Can move to measurement position with process pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi) (pneumatic actuation).
- Prevents assembly movement if a sensor is not installed (safety stop mechanism).
- Accommodates gel electrodes or pressure-overlay KCl electrodes.
- Features electrode rinsing in service position.
- Compatible with fully automated cleaning and calibration using Topcal CPC310.
- Service-friendly design.
- Locking mechanism for safety during sensor replacement.
- Pressure-tight stainless steel housing.
- Easy sensor replacement and Memosens laboratory calibration.
- Flexible material choices and modifications.
- Can be manually or pneumatically operated without interrupting the process for:
- Separating from the process and moving to rinse chamber.
- Rinsing with water or cleaning solution.
- Keeping wet during operation pauses.
- Dismounting.
- Sterilizing.
- Calibrating.
- Available in PEEK, PVDF, conductive PVDF, Alloy C22, and Stainless steel 1.4571 (AISI 316 Ti).
- Modular design with three modules in contact with the medium: Rinse chamber, electrode holder, and raised face.
Operating Limits
- Process temperature: 0 to 140 °C (32 to 284 °F)
- Process pressure:
- Manual actuation: 0 to 4 bar (0 to 58 psi) overpressure.
- Pneumatic actuation: 0 to 10 bar (0 to 145 psi) overpressure.
- Ambient temperature: Not below 0 °C (32 °F).
