Function and system design

The assembly allows for "Measure" and "Service" operating statuses to be changed manually, pneumatically, or via Topcal S CPC310/Topclean S CPC30. Limit position switches are available for automated operation.

When moving from "Service" to "Measure":

  1. Ball valve opens.
  2. Assembly moves to the measuring position.
  3. Feedback signal is sent to the transmitter/DCS or control system.

When moving from "Measure" to "Service":

  1. Assembly moves back into the assembly.
  2. Ball valve closes.

Sealing System:

Installation

General:
