Function and System Design

The system utilizes a peristaltic pump to draw samples through a filter element before feeding them to an analyzer. An optional cleaning valve allows for backflushing the filter unit with compressed air.

A complete sample conditioning system includes:

• Liquiline System CAT820 sample preparation system
• Controller with soft keys and status LEDs

Control Options

• Memosens Technology: Enables service and monitoring functions, including sample preparation system information, communication verification, leakage detection, temperature control of heating, and control of the peristaltic pump and compressed air line from the analyzer. Controlled via the CA80 analyzer.
• Time Control System: Allows configuration of different conveying intervals. Includes test functions for the peristaltic pump for onsite operation.
