Application

This analyzer is designed for determining total organic carbon (TOC) in ultrapure water applications that meet the following conditions:

Measuring principle

The analyzer uses UV digestion to oxidize organic substances into CO₂. The resulting increase in conductivity due to CO₂ formation is measured by upstream and downstream sensors. This conductivity change is then converted into a TOC value.
