Crane Functions

Anti-Sway Control

  • Suppresses swinging of loads when stopping, even without operator input.
  • Reduces tact time and facilitates efficient operation.
  • Increases speed automatically for light loads to reduce tact time.

Shortest-Time Torque Startup Function

  • Enabled via parameter Pr.1404.
  • Shortens the time from command to brake opening, contributing to reduced tact time.
  • Optimizes excitation and torque current for rapid startup.
  • Decreasing pre-excitation current during motor stop reduces standby power consumption.

Load Slippage Prevention

  • Falling Detection: Outputs a falling detection signal when the commanded direction differs from the actual motor rotation direction during lifts.
  • Overload Detection Function: Outputs an overload detection signal when excessive load is applied. The signal is activated when motor torque equals or exceeds a set torque for a specified time.
  • Start Count Monitor: Counts inverter starting times to aid in maintenance scheduling or system inspection.
