Summary
Product Identification
AmberLite™ MB6113 H/OH Ion Exchange Resin is a dyed mixture of strong acid cation and strong base anion exchange resins. It is a fully regenerated, ready-to-use, non-regenerable, pre-mixed resin developed for the production of high-purity water. It is designed for full demineralization of water and features a color indicator for resin exhaustion.

Product Performance
- Operating Capacity: Estimated by formula relating bed volume (BV), total dissolved solids (TDS), and treated water volume. See the official PDF for the formula.
- Treated Water Quality: Provides demineralized water with conductivity < 1 µS/cm and neutral pH.
Suggested Operating Conditions
- Temperature Range: 5 – 60°C (41 – 140°F)
Hydraulic Characteristics
- Pressure drop is estimated as a function of service flowrate and temperature, as shown in Figure 1 in the official PDF. These expectations are valid at the start of the service run with clean water and a well-classified bed.
