Description

AMBERSEP™ 400 SO4 is a gel, Type I strong base anion exchange resin designed for uranium recovery. It offers excellent selectivity for the uranyl sulfate ion over other anions, high operating capacity, and good mechanical and physical stability. It is also resistant to fouling. The resin is suitable for uranium recovery from sulfuric acid leach systems in various configurations including fixed beds, in situ leaching, fluidized beds, or Resin In Pulp (RIP) applications.

AMBERSEP™ 400 SO4 is supplied in the sulfate (SO₄²⁻) form to minimize chloride presence at start-up. No preconditioning is required if used in sulfuric acid leach systems.
