Lewatit® K 1267 is a gel-type, polymer-based ion exchange resin in spherical bead form. It features strongly acidic sulfonic acid groups and a monodisperse particle size distribution. The resin is partially loaded with a condensation promotor, making it suitable for use in the production of Bisphenol-A.
