Product identification
Lewatit® MDS 4368 is a food-grade, macroporous anion exchange resin of medium basicity. It is based on polystyrene, bead-shaped, and contains tertiary and quaternary amino groups. Its special bead size distribution is suitable for chromatographic separation, such as the separation of organic acids from sugar solutions.

Additional Information & Regulations
- Safety precautions: Strong oxidants, such as nitric acid, can cause violent reactions with ion exchange resins. Observe the safety data sheet.
- Disposal: In the European Community, ion exchange resins must be disposed of according to the European waste nomenclature.
- Storage: Recommended storage is above the freezing point of water, under roof, in dry conditions, and away from direct sunlight. If the resin freezes, allow it to thaw gradually at ambient temperature without mechanical handling.
