LEWATIT® MonoPlus M 800 OH

PDF datasheet mirror for LEWATIT® MonoPlus M 800 OH (Lanxess LEWATIT). Verify with OEM before design.

Summary

Product identification

  • Product Name: LEWATIT® MonoPlus MP 800 OH
  • Type: Strongly basic, macroporous anion exchange resin (Type I)
  • Matrix: Styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer
  • Bead Structure: Uniform size (monodisperse)
  • Functional Group: Quaternary ammonium
  • Delivery Form: OH⁻

Applications

LEWATIT® MonoPlus MP 800 OH is designed for all polishing applications, and is especially suitable for:

  • Polishing in combination with Lewatit® MonoPlus SP 112 H or Lewatit® MonoPlus S 108 H (Multistep or conventional mixed bed).
  • Condensate polishing in combination with Lewatit® MonoPlus SP 112 H or Lewatit® MonoPlus S 200 H.
  • Demineralization of water for industrial steam generation using co-current or modern counter-current systems (e.g., Lewatit® WS System, Lewatit® Liftbed System, Lewatit® Rinsebed System).

Key Features

  • High chemical and osmotic stability.
  • High flow rates during regeneration and loading.
  • Good utilization of total capacity.
  • Low demand for rinse water.
  • Homogeneous throughput of regenerants, water, and solutions.
  • Virtually linear pressure drop gradient, allowing for higher bed depths.
  • Good separation of components in mixed bed applications.
  • Effective adsorption and desorption of naturally occurring organic substances.
  • Particularly low pressure losses compared to standard resins due to high monodispersity and low fines content.
