Applications

Lewatit® MonoPlus S 100 H is suitable for all demineralization applications. It is particularly advantageous for:

  • Demineralization of water for industrial steam generation in co-current and counter-current processes (e.g., WS, LB, RB systems).
  • Fine purification as a mixed bed component in conventional mixed bed filters or modern multi-step systems (MS-System) in combination with Lewatit® MonoPlus M 800, Lewatit® MonoPlus M 800 OH, or Lewatit® MonoPlus M 500.

The monodisperse beads lead to lower pressure drops compared to standard ion exchange resins, and a very good regeneration efficiency and high usable capacity enable efficient demineralization.
