MabSpeed & ChromSpeed Series Chromatographic Resins

MabSpeed™ and ChromSpeed™ are chromatographic resins designed for purifying biopharmaceuticals like antibody-drugs and protein-drugs. They feature a hydrophilic polymethacrylate matrix with a spherical, totally porous structure. The rigid, uniform-particle sized matrix supports high-speed chromatographic operations and high production efficiency.

MabSpeed RP Series

Characteristics:

• Product: MabSpeed™ RP102
• Matrix: Crosslinked polymethacrylate
• Ligand: Recombinant Protein A
• IgG-SBC: > 30 g/L
• Particle size: 45µm

Hydraulic Properties:

• Spherical and monodisperse particles promote easy packing, high packing reproducibility, and low pressure drop.
• Extremely high bed height available: > 50 cm, compatible with simple column structures and enabling equipment cost reduction.
• High flow rate available: > 600 cm/h, improving throughput and shortening process time.
• Rigid and durable matrix ensures a non-compressive bed.
• Cleaning in place shows low effect on ligand leakage and dynamic binding capacity.

ChromSpeed S Series

• Product: ChromSpeed™ S103
• Matrix: Crosslinked polymethacrylate
• Functionality: -SO₃⁻
• Ion exchange capacity: > 0.05 eq/L
• IgG-DBC: > 100 g/L
• Particle size: 60µm

Hydraulic Properties:

• Superior IgG binding capacity: > 100 g/L, suitable for therapeutic mAb production and reducing packing material costs.
• Extremely high bed height available: > 50 cm, compatible with simple column structures and enabling equipment cost reduction.
• High flow rate available: > 600 cm/h, improving throughput and shortening process time.
• High durability due to a rigid spherical macroporous polymer that is chemically and mechanically stable.

ChromSpeed Q Series

• Matrix: Crosslinked polymethacrylate
• Functionality: -N(CH₃)₃⁺
• Ion exchange capacity: > 0.05 eq/L
• IgG-DBC: > 100 g/L
• Particle size: 60µm
