Application
Purolite PPA500MB is a macroporous poly(vinylbenzyl-trimethylammonium) type I strong base anion exchange resin. It offers high operating capacity at lower regeneration levels, superior kinetic properties, and is less susceptible to organic fouling compared to standard macroporous type strong base anion resins. It is designed for use in mixed bed applications and exhibits enhanced resistance to osmotic and thermal shock. Its silica-removal properties are superior to most premium strong-base anion exchange resins in conventional two-stage deionizing plants.
