Summary

Product identification

  • Product Name: SEPLITE® Monojet™ MB615U
  • Product Type: Separable Mixed bed resin, Ultra pure water
  • Stock Code: 300487
  • Revision Date: 11.20.2020

Descriptions

SEPLITE® MB 615U is a ready-to-use mixed bed resin for ultrapure water production. It comprises strongly acidic cation (SAC) and strongly basic (type I) gel anion (SBA) resins. The resins are highly regenerated and specially cleaned to produce high purified water with low TOC leaching and high operating capacity. The resins are pre-mixed in a 1:1 chemical equivalent ratio. Its uniform particle size offers excellent kinetic performance and high service flow rates, with low fines resulting in reduced pressure losses compared to Gaussian distributed resins.

Precautions

  • Store resins in sealed containers or bags above 0°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not mix ion exchange resin with strong oxidizing agents; this can cause violent reactions.
  • In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a specialist.
  • Dispose of materials and samples according to local regulations.
  • Dry polymers will expand upon wetting and may cause an exothermic reaction.
  • Spilled materials may be slippery.
