How it Works

The Ozonia® Radial Diffuser system utilizes an injector to mix ozone-containing feed gas with a low flow of motive water. This mixture is then routed to a radial diffuser head, which intensely mixes the ozonated motive water with the process medium through its "throwing power." The diffuser elements are engineered to produce homogeneous small bubbles, maximizing the bubble/water contact area for efficient mass transfer. They can be integrated into pipe systems, contact chambers, or utilize the Ozonia® mixing tube if operating parameters permit.
