Control and Features

The Easymat system maintains constant pressure as flow demand changes, ensuring energy saving by using only the required power. Its patented design means it does not come into contact with the pumped fluid, offering installation flexibility and making its operation unaffected by fluid impurity. A float switch can be integrated for additional dry running protection.

The unit features an integrated control panel with 6 buttons and an LCD custom display for simple system programming, parameter monitoring, and an easy overview of the system situation.

Operating Modes and Icons:

  • Constant pressure mode: The system keeps the pressure constant when the quantity of water requested by the user changes.
  • Fixed speed mode: The system works at a fixed speed that the user can choose.
  • Auto Mode: The system is operating in constant pressure mode.
  • Manual Mode: The system is operating in fixed speed mode, with user-adjustable speed.
  • Set-up Mode: Allows changing all operating parameters.
  • Sensor State: Indicates the state of the pressure transducer (lit for working, blinking for fault or incorrect connection).
  • Alarm: Indicates a fault on the system, with an error number appearing on the display.
  • Cascade Mode: Indicates multi-pump operation (up to 2 pumps). The icon shows if the pump connected with the frequency converter is running or in stand-by, and if it is the master pump (lit) or the slave pump (blinking).

The electronic card has a protective coating, and the square cover allows fitting in four different positions. It includes a high efficiency aluminium heatsink.
