The standard system comprises:

Operating Modes

The I-MAT frequency converters are equipped with software providing different operating modes:

  • Constant pressure mode: Keeps pressure constant at a user-set value.
  • Proportional pressure mode: Reduces pump pressure proportionally with water demand.
  • Constant temperature mode: Keeps temperature constant at a specified system point.
  • Constant flow mode: Changes pump speed to maintain constant flow through a flow meter.
  • Fixed speed mode: Operates as a fixed speed pump, with speed set by the user or external signal.
  • Night mode (optional): Reduces pump speed if system temperature decreases below a set value; usable with all other operating modes.

Control Panel

The I-MAT is equipped with an integrated control panel for system setup and parameter monitoring.

  • Enclosure: IP55, rotatable, installable in remote positions using a cable with M12 connectors.
  • Display: LCD custom display for system status and operating parameters.
  • Controls: 2 scroll buttons and 4 set-up buttons for navigation, parameter changes, and pump control.

Optional Modules

Compartments on the front side of the frequency converter allow for connecting optional modules without dismantling the unit. An optional electronic card enables communication between multiple units, managing up to 6 variable speed pumps and up to 5 fixed speed pumps.
