- Note: For temperatures above 130°F, consult CAT PUMPS for inlet conditions and elastomer recommendations.

Feed water
- Standard Models (1861): Lo-Pressure Seals and V-Packings are completely lubricated and cooled by the liquid being pumped.
- Flushed Models (1861K): Feature a special ported inlet manifold that permits an external flush liquid. This provides cooling for high-temperature liquids and lubrication for low lubricity liquids, such as DI water.
