Standard pumps are equipped with Buna-N seals and O-rings. Optional seal and O-ring materials can be specified by adding a suffix to the model number:

• FPM (Fluorocarbon, Viton®): Chemical resistance, rated to 180°F (82°C). Suffix: .0110
• EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): Suffix: .0220
• HT (High-temperature seal): For plunger pump high-pressure seals. Suffix: .3000
• High-temperature V-HOT cup: For piston pumps, rated to 190°F (87°C). Suffix: .3000
• STHT (Special Teflon® high temperature): Low and high-pressure seals, rated to 200°F (93°C). Suffix: .3400
• PTFE (Pure Polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon®): Seals with Buna-N O-rings. Suffix: .0700
• PTFE (Pure Polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon®): Seals with FPM O-rings. Suffix: .0710

Specialty Pump Types

CO₂ Pumps

• Modified seals for low lubricity and low temperature liquid CO₂ applications.
• Manifolds modified for inlet pressures up to 800 psi (55 bar) and discharge pressures up to 5,000 psi (345 bar).
• Flow range: 0.68 to 30 gpm (2.6 to 113.5 lpm).
• Available in brass and 316 stainless steel.

High-Temperature / TEG Pumps

• Triethylene Glycol (TEG) Pumps: Rated for liquid temperatures up to 240°F.
• .3400 Series: Features specially blended seals and V-packings for operating temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). This modification also allows for intermittent dry running without seal damage.

ATEX Pumps

• Certified ATEX 2 (covers ATEX 3 requirements) for Group 2, Category 2, and Zones 1 and 2.
• Pumps are labeled with the .ATEX2 suffix.
• Applicable to 3CP, 3 Frame, 5CP, 5 Frame, 7CP, 7 Frame, 8 Frame, 15 Frame, 18 Frame, 25 Frame, 28 Frame, 35 Frame, 38 Frame, 60 Frame, and 68 Frame Plunger Pumps (excluding models with gearboxes).

Flushed Manifold Pumps

• Models ending in 'C' indicate a flushed cast manifold.
• Models ending in 'K' indicate a flushed block manifold.

Washout Resistant Pumps

• B Series: Features a special brass manifold, suitable for vehicle wash applications.

1CX Series Compact Misting Pumps

• Maximum pressure: 1000 psi.
• Flow range (at 1750 RPM): 0.13 to 0.5 gpm.
• Motor options: 1/4 hp or 1/2 hp, 115/230 V, 60Hz, 1ph, 1750 rpm; or 1/2 hp, 115/230 V, 50Hz, 1ph, 1450 rpm.

1XP Series Portable Extractor Pumps

• Direct drive with aluminum manifold.
• Flow range: 0.4 to 2.3 gpm.
• Maximum pressure: 150 to 1000 psi.
• Power: 1/3 hp, 1/2 hp, or 3/4 hp electric motors (Permanent Magnet or Induction).

Centrifugal Pumps

• Designed for high-flow, low-pressure industrial pumping needs (e.g., fresh water, semi-contaminated water, or liquids with some suspended solids).
• Available in 304 Stainless Steel casing.
• Types include submersible, self-priming motorized, end-suction motorized, and multistage motorized units.
