Product identification
The DAB PUMPS EuroSwim series consists of multistage centrifugal and self-priming pumps with a built-in large capacity prefilter. These pumps are designed for water circulation and filtration in domestic and residential swimming pools, and are also suitable for special applications involving aggressive liquids in fish farms, agriculture, and industry.

Operating limits

- Liquid temperature range: up to 60°C

Feed water
- Pumped fluid: clean water or water slightly contaminated with suspended particulate, long fibre; highly aggressive water with high percentage contents of chlorine/bromine and PHMB (Polyhexamethylene Biguanide) or water treated with chlorine electrolytic process.
Electrical
The pumps feature an asynchronous continuous duty 2-pole motor (S1) with power ratings from 0.5 HP to 3 HP, available in single-phase and three-phase versions. Single-phase versions include integral thermal and overcurrent protection and a permanent split capacitor (PSC) assembled inside the terminal box.

Mechanical / hydraulic
- Pump body: fibreglass reinforced technopolymer
- Strainer cover: clear antioxidant polycarbonate
- Strainer: Nylon
- Impeller: fibreglass-reinforced technopolymer (ensures total coverage and isolation of the motor shaft from the pumped liquid)
- Diffuser: reinforced technopolymer
- Mechanical seal: carbon / alumina / NBR / AISI 316
- Pump body O-rings: NBR
- Threaded fasteners and reinforcing rings: AISI 304
- Drain plugs: butterfly type, removable and refittable without tools.
- Motor casing: die cast aluminium with electrophoresic surface treatment to prevent oxidation.
- Baseplate: supplied as standard with rubber mounts to reduce vibration transmission.
- Fittings on request: 2”/50 - 63 kit (two fittings + O-ring).
