Product identification

DAB K series single impeller centrifugal pumps are designed for pressurisation units in domestic, civil, and industrial water supply systems. They are also suitable for sprinkling irrigation and other water supply applications.

Key construction materials:

Pump body and motor support: Cast iron
Impeller: Technopolymer
Driving shaft: Stainless steel
Mechanical seal: Carbon/ceramic

Some models (indicated by -P**) are equipped with a pressure gauge, pressure switch, power cable with plug, and a five-way fitting for tank connection.

Operating range: 1.2 to 30 m³/h with head up to 97 metres.
Liquid temperature range:
- -10°C to +50°C: for K 35/40, K 45/50, K 35/100, K 40/100, K 55/100
- -15°C to +110°C: for K 55/50, K 66/100, K 90/100, K 70/300, K 80/300, K 70/400, K 80/400
Maximum operating pressure:
- 6 bar (600 kPa): K 35/40, K 35/100, K 40/100
- 8 bar (800 kPa): K 45/50, K 55/50
- 10 bar (1000 kPa): K 55/100, K 66/100
- 12 bar (1200 kPa): K 90/100, K 70/300, K 80/300, K 70/400, K 80/400

Feed water

Pumped liquid characteristics: clean, free from solids or abrasive substances, not viscous, not aggressive, not crystallised, chemically neutral and close to the characteristics of water.

Electrical

The pumps feature asynchronous, closed motors, cooled by external ventilation. Single-phase versions include built-in thermal and current overload protection and a permanently on capacitor. For three-phase motors, suitable overload protection complying with regulations is advised.
