General guidelines for fluids handled:
- Reference temperature for chemical resistance data: +20 °C.
- For temperatures <0 °C, contact the manufacturer.
- For temperatures > +50 °C, check and observe the vapor pressure of the fluid.
- Maximum fluid temperature is +120 °C, unless otherwise indicated.
- Maximum concentration is 100 %, unless otherwise indicated.
- Mechanical seals (silicon carbide / carbon, Q1B) are not suitable for fluids containing solid substances, including particles from salt crystallization at low fluid temperatures.
- Mechanical seals (tungsten carbide / tungsten carbide, U3U3) are limited to a solids content of max. 20 ppm (depending on particle size), with the exception of corrosive fluids.
- High temperatures increase corrosion (reference temperature = +20 °C).
- Chloride contents exceeding 300 mg/l may cause localized corrosion under unfavorable conditions (high temperatures, deposits, long idle periods).

- Product benefits: Reliable (product-lubricated plain bearings of tungsten carbide, cast pump foot, torsion-resistant pump shroud, confined O-rings), long service life (corrosion-resistant stainless steel hydraulic components), easy to service (compatible with standardized mechanical seals to EN 12756), and easy to install horizontally.
- NPSH: An impeller for lower NPSH values is available for sizes 2, 4, 6, 10, and 15 to prevent cavitation in critical inlet conditions. A safety margin of at least 0.5 m must be added to NPSH values for pump selection.
- Acceptance tests:
- Pressure test to EN 809.
- Leak test with water.
- Materials testing (Certificate of compliance with the order to EN 10204, Test report 2.2 on request, Inspection certificate 3.1 to EN 10204 on request).
- Hydraulic test: Duty point guaranteed to ISO 9906:2012 Grade 3B, performed with the original motor. NPSH and suction lift are not measured (3.2 certificate available).

- Drive: Surface-cooled DP squirrel-cage motor.
- Thermal class: F to IEC 34-1.
- Efficiency class: IE3 to IEC 60034-30 (for three-phase motors ≥ 0.75 kW).
