Feed Water / Medium Handled
The pumps are designed for clean or lightly aggressive watery mediums. The performance characteristics are based on de-aerated water at 68 °F with a density of 62 lbs/ft³ and a kinematic viscosity of 1 cSt.
An extensive table detailing various media, their maximum concentration, maximum pH, maximum temperature, and recommended shaft seal, pump rotor, stator, and elastomer materials is available in the official PDF. This includes common substances like acetic acid, acetone, alcohols, various salts, oils, and different types of water (untreated, boiler feed, brackish, de-ionised, sea water, etc.).
