The ESPA CKE1 MULTI VS is a variable speed pressurization booster set designed to provide an efficient solution for water boosting applications where existing supplies are unreliable or insufficient. These single pump booster sets are fully automatic and controlled by an ESPA ESD Speedrive (Variable Frequency Driver) to maintain a constant pressure.
Operating principle
The booster set adapts the motor speed to the water demand, ensuring the requested pressure at any flow demand. A pressure transducer on the discharge manifold provides information to the ESPA Speedrive, which regulates pump speed. This process saves energy by adapting power consumption to the water demand.
