This system includes a pump from the Concertor™ N series and interacts with external components such as contactors, fuses, relays, controllers/RTUs/PLCs, level sensors, cloud services, and pump sum-alarm I/O. A PC application, Dirigo™ Service Tool, provides access to settings and log files via cable leads T3 and T4.
Functions:
- Pump clog detection
- Pump cleaning
- Soft-start
- Constant power

- Pump sum-alarm I/O
- Change pump performance via Dirigo™ Service Tool
Concertor™ EA
This system includes a pump from the Concertor™ N series, external components (similar to Concertor™ N), and the FPG 411 Gateway. An HMI (FOP 312) is optional and can be handheld or cabinet-mounted. An embedded web server offers an alternative interface.
The FPG 411 Gateway (Part number 8012100) starts and stops the pump based on digital input signal or Modbus from an external control system. It sends alarms back, allows operator changes to pump settings, and logs/stores data. Pump performance is adjustable when the pump is stopped.
