  • Voltages:
    • 3 x 380-415 V -10 %/+6 %
    • 3 x 440-480 V -10 %/+6 %
    • Special versions: Voltages up to 1000 V available on request.
  • Enclosure class:
    • IP58 (MS 4000, MMS 8000)
    • IP68 (MS 6000)
  • Insulation class: MMS wet-wound with PE/PA winding wires.

Mechanical / Hydraulic

  • Construction: Modified standard submersible pumps are used. Pump and motor are centered in a stainless-steel sleeve. Both sleeve ends can be connected to piping via Victaulic couplings. A terminal box for electrical connection is at the discharge end.

  • A pressure switch on the suction side:
    • Triggers an alarm and stops pumps (max. 15 sec.) if pressure drops below 0.5 bar / 7.25 psi for BM 4" and BM 6", or 1 bar / 14.5 psi for BM 8".
  • Flow switches on all discharge connections:
    • Stop the system at set minimum flows.
    • Cutting-in is adjusted for a minimum time delay equivalent to the maximum starting frequency of the system.

Checking of Operation

At suitable intervals, depending on operating hours, the following should be checked:

  • Flow
  • Starting frequency
  • Control and protective devices
  • Liquid temperature
  • Minimum flow through modules during operation
