The Grundfos ALLDOS DDI Digital Dosing™ pumps are designed for accurate and precise dosing applications. The range includes two main series:

Control and Functions
Control Variants:
- AR: Standard.
- AF: AR with flow monitor.
- AP: AR with PROFIBUS.
- APF: AR with flow monitor and PROFIBUS.
Operating Modes:
- Manual control: Set flow rate directly in l/h or gal/h.
- Pulse control: Doses a set quantity per received pulse. Memory stores up to 65,000 pulses.
- Analog control: Dosed quantity proportional to 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA current input signal.
- Batch mode: Doses a defined batch quantity with a defined flow, triggered manually or by pulse.
- Timer batch: Doses a set batch quantity at preset intervals.
- Slow mode: Reduces suction stroke for viscous media, available in any operating mode. DDI 222 has two stages: Slow mode 1 (66% of max flow) and Slow mode 2 (41% of max flow).

The datasheet provides a general guide on material resistance (at room temperature) to various media. This table cannot replace actual testing under specific working conditions. Factors like purity, temperature, and abrasive particles may affect chemical resistance.
Examples of Media and Material Resistance (at 68°F):
- Acetic acid (CH₃COOH): Resistant with PP, PVDF, Stainless steel, PVC, PTFE, Ceramic, Glass at various concentrations. FKM has limited resistance or is not resistant at higher concentrations.
- Aluminium chloride (AlCl₃) 40%: Resistant with PP, PVDF, PVC, FKM, EPDM, PTFE, Ceramic, Glass. Stainless steel is not resistant.
- Ammonia, aqueous (NH₄OH) 28%: Resistant with PP, PVDF, Stainless steel, PVC, EPDM, PTFE, Ceramic. FKM and Glass have limited resistance or are not resistant.
- Calcium hypochlorite (Ca(OCl)₂) 20%: Resistant with PVDF, PVC, FKM, EPDM, PTFE, Ceramic, Glass. PP has limited resistance.
- Hydrochloric acid (HCl) <25%: Resistant with PP, PVDF, PVC, FKM, EPDM, PTFE, Ceramic, Glass. Stainless steel is not resistant.
- Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) 20%: Resistant with PVDF, PVC, FKM, EPDM, PTFE, Ceramic, Glass. PP has limited resistance.
