Product identification
Applications: These pumps are suitable for domestic water supply systems, light agricultural, and industrial water transfer applications in shallow well, deep well, and convertible pump configurations.
Pump Types:
- JPF 2A, 3A, 4A, 41A Pumps: Rugged cast iron, single-stage shallow well centrifugal pumps. Feature end suction, top discharge, Technopolymer impeller, built-in ejector with clean out port, priming plug, and Ceramic-Carbon bellows mechanical seal.
- JPF 5A & JPF 7A Pumps: Rugged cast iron, multistage convertible centrifugal pumps. Feature end suction, top discharge, detachable ejector assembly for deep well applications, Technopolymer impellers, clean out port, priming plug, and Ceramic-Carbon bellows mechanical seal.
- JDF 2A & JDF 4A Pumps: Rugged cast iron, single-stage deep well centrifugal pumps. Feature end suction, top discharge, Technopolymer impeller, separate deep well port for ejector kit connection, priming plug, and Ceramic-Carbon bellows mechanical seal.
- JPS 2A & JPS 4A Pumps: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel, single-stage shallow well centrifugal pumps. Feature end suction, top discharge, Technopolymer impeller, and Ceramic-Carbon bellows mechanical seal.
- JPF Pump Package & JPS Pump Package: Assembled jet-pump and tank packages (available in Canada only). JPF package uses a cast iron pump, JPS package uses a stainless steel pump, both mounted on a stainless steel, 6 gallon (24 Litre) diaphragm tank. Packages include pressure switch, gauge, hose, and fittings.
Motors: All jet pump motors are totally enclosed, fan-cooled, with a stainless steel motor shaft. They feature double, oversized greased ball bearings (maintenance-free, sealed for life), built-in thermal overload protection, and are capacitor-run. Drive end motor bearing is protected by a durable lip seal. Motor insulation class F, NEMA 3R enclosure rating on motor terminal box.
Mounting Position: Shaft in horizontal position only for all pumps.
Agency Approvals: CSA - Std C22.2 No 108, No 77-95.
