Mechanical / hydraulic
The DPV pumps feature a unique hydraulic design for high pressure per impeller at high efficiency, with an overall efficiency up to 79%. They are constructed with corrosion-free, high-quality stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316) for the hydraulic assembly and shroud.
Key Features:
- Hydraulic Assembly: Highest efficiency in the market, made from high quality stainless steel AISI 304 or 316.
- Shaft Seal: Extensive choice of elastomers and 11 different shaft seals. Options include Fixed, Easy Access, and Cartridge seals, which are exchangeable without disassembling the pump.
- Pump Casing: Cast material, available in VC-design with rigid flanges, V and VS design with collar flanges, and E-design with built-in non return valve. Designed for draining without residue.
- Smart Plugs: Made of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316, for filling, draining, de-aerating, and measuring (∆p) suction and discharge pressure. By-pass possible with durable sealing.
- Solid Construction Shroud: Robust stainless steel housing, low vibration and noise.
- Solid Base Plate: Powder coated 100 μm (standard cast iron), with stainless steel as an optional material.
- Connections:
- Pressure classes: PN 16, 25, 40
- Material options: Stainless steel AISI 304 or 316
- Types: External thread with built-in non return valve, counter flange, victaulic, triclamp, round flange
- Standards: DIN, JIS, ASME
