The Lowara e-SV™ Series consists of high-efficiency vertical multistage electric pumps, available in models 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22, 33, 46, 66, 92, and 125. These pumps are non-self priming and are coupled to standard motors.
Key features include:
- Equipped with IE2/IE3 motors complying with Regulation (EC) no. 640/2009.
- Designed for 60 Hz operation.
- The liquid end is made entirely of stainless steel in the 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22 m³/h standard versions.
- Patented i-ALERT™ monitors continuously measure vibration and are available as standard on pumps 7.5 kW (10 HP) and above.
- Can be used with the Hydrovar® control system for managing pump operation and saving energy.
- Mechanical seals can be replaced without removing the motor from the pump for 10, 15, 22, 33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV series.

General characteristics for 2-pole SV models at 60 Hz:

- Maximum pressure: Ranges from 17 bar (92SV) to 28 bar (46SV, 66SV).
- Motor power: Ranges from 0.37÷3 kW (1SV) to 15÷55 kW (125SV).
- Maximum pump efficiency (Max η): Ranges from 50% (1SV) to 80% (92SV).

Feed water
- Applications: Handling of water, free of suspended solids, in civil, industrial, and agricultural sectors.
- Suitable for moderately aggressive liquids, demineralised water, and water-glycol mixtures.
- Drinking water certification:
- F, T, R, N versions (1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22SV series) are certified for drinking water use (WRAS and ACS certified).
- G, N versions (33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV series) are certified for drinking water use (WRAS and ACS certified).

Mechanical / hydraulic
- Pump construction: Vertical multistage centrifugal pump. The liquid end, located between the upper cover and the pump casing, is held in place by tie rods.

- 1, 3, 5SV and 10, 15, 22SV (≤ 4 kW) series: Mechanical seal according to EN 12756 (ex DIN 24960) and ISO 3069.
- 10, 15, 22SV (≥ 5.5 kW) series and 33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV series: Balanced mechanical seal according to EN 12756 (ex DIN 24960) and ISO 3069, designed for replacement without removing the motor from the pump.

- 33, 46, 66, 92SV series (N versions): Pump body, lower support, upper head, seal housing are AISI 316 cast stainless steel. Impeller, diffuser, outer sleeve, coupling protection are AISI 316L stainless steel. Shaft is Duplex stainless steel (UNS S 31803). Fill/drain/air plugs are AISI 316 stainless steel. Tie rods are AISI 431 stainless steel.
- 125SV series (G versions): Pump body, adapter (up to 45kW), coupling (up to 45kW), upper head, seal housing are Cast iron. Lower support, impeller, diffuser, adapter ring, coupling protection are AISI 304 stainless steel. Outer sleeve is AISI 304 stainless steel. Shaft is AISI 431 stainless steel. Fill/drain/air plugs are AISI 316 stainless steel.
- 125SV series (N versions): Pump body, lower support, impeller, diffuser, upper head, seal housing, adapter ring are AISI 316 cast stainless steel. Outer sleeve is AISI 316L stainless steel. Shaft is Duplex stainless steel (UNS S 31803). Fill/drain/air plugs are AISI 316 stainless steel. Tie rods are AISI 431 stainless steel.
