The e-SV™ Series consists of Vertical Multistage Electric Pumps designed for various applications.

Models: 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22, 33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV.

Key Features:

  • Non-self priming vertical multistage pump coupled to a standard motor.
  • Equipped with IE3 motors compliant with ErP 2009/125/EC directives.
  • Operates at 50 Hz frequency.
  • i-ALERT™ System: Patented system available on request, constantly measures vibrations and signals operating faults.
  • Liquid End: Entirely made of stainless steel in 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22 m³/h standard versions.
  • Mechanical Seal: Standard mechanical seal can be replaced without removing the motor from the pump (for 10, 15, 22, 33, 46, 66, 92, 125SV models).
  • HYDROVAR™ Control System: Can be used to manage pump operation based on system conditions and save energy.
  • Drinking Water Certification: F, T, R, N versions (1-22SV series) and G, N versions (33-125SV series) are certified for drinking water use (WRAS and ACS certified).

  • Delivery: Up to 160 m³/h
  • Head: Up to 330 m
  • Temperature of Pumped Liquid (Standard Version): -30°C to +120°C
    • Special versions for 150°C and 180°C are available (identified by L, H, B codes).
  • Maximum Operating Pressure (at 50°C):
    • 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22SV with oval flanges: 16 bar (PN16)
    • 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 22SV with round flanges or Victaulic®, Clamp or DIN 11851 connections: 25 bar (PN 25)
    • 33, 46SV: 16, 25, 40 bar (PN 16, PN 25 or PN 40)
    • 66, 92, 125SV: 16 or 25 bar (PN 16 or PN 25)
  • Hydraulic Performance: Compliant with ISO 9906:2012 - Grade 3B.
  • Direction of Rotation: Clockwise, looking at the pump from the top down.
  • Inlet Pressure: The sum of pump inlet pressure and static water pressure within the pump must not exceed the nominal pressure (PN).

Feed Water

  • Designed for handling water free of suspended solids.
  • Suitable for moderately aggressive liquids, demineralised water, and water-glycol mixtures.
  • A detailed compatibility chart for materials in contact with commonly used liquids (e.g., acetic acid, caustic soda, deionised water, ethylene glycol, mineral oil, nitric acid) is available in the official PDF, indicating recommended elastomers and seal types based on concentration and temperature.

Motor Specifications:

  • Type: Squirrel cage in short circuit, enclosed construction with external ventilation (TEFC).
  • Protection Degree: IP55.
  • Insulation Class: 155 (F).
  • Electrical Performance: According to EN 60034-1.
  • Efficiency: IE3 three-phase surface motors ≥ 0.75 kW supplied as standard, with IE efficiency level according to EN 60034-30:2009 and IEC 60034-30-1:2014.
  • Cable Gland: Metric, according to EN 50262.
  • PTC: Included in motors from 30 to 55 kW (one per phase, 155°C).

Standard Voltage (50 Hz):

  • Single-phase: 220-240 V.
  • Three-phase:

    • Above 3 kW: 380-415/660-690 V.
  • Other voltages are available upon request.

Overload Protection:

  • Single-phase: Built-in automatic reset overload protection up to 1.5 kW. For higher powers, user-provided protection is required.
  • Three-phase: Overload protection must be provided by the user.

Motor Power (2-pole, 50 Hz):

  • Single-phase: 0.37 to 2.2 kW.
  • Three-phase: 0.37 to 55 kW.

Mechanical / Hydraulic

Pump Construction:

  • Vertical multistage centrifugal pump.
  • Liquid end components are held in place by tie rods between the upper cover and pump casing.
  • Pump casing available with various configurations and connection types.

  • 125SV Series:
    • G Versions: Pump body, upper head, portatenuta in Cast iron. Lower support, impeller, diffuser, adapter ring in AISI 304 stainless steel. Outer sleeve, coupling protection in AISI 304 stainless steel. Shaft in AISI 431 stainless steel. Fill/drain/sfiato plugs in AISI 316 stainless steel. Tie rods in Galvanized steel. Wear ring and bushing for diffuser in Technopolymer PPS and Tungsten carbide/Carbon respectively. Lantern and coupling in Cast iron (up to 45 kW) or Cast iron (for higher powers).
    • N Versions: Pump body, lower support, impeller, diffuser, upper head, portatenuta, adapter ring in ASTM CF8M (AISI 316 cast) stainless steel. Outer sleeve in AISI 316L stainless steel. Shaft in Duplex stainless steel (UNS S 31803). Coupling protection in AISI 304 stainless steel. Fill/drain/sfiato plugs in AISI 316 stainless steel. Tie rods in AISI 431 stainless steel. Flanges and Couplings:

  • 1-22SV Series:
    • F: AISI 304, PN25, in-line ports, round flanges.
    • T: AISI 304, PN16, in-line ports, oval flanges (threaded oval counter-flanges in stainless steel are standard supply).
    • R: AISI 304, PN25, discharge port above suction, round flanges (four adjustable positions).
    • N: AISI 316, PN25, in-line ports, round flanges.
    • V, P: AISI 316, PN25 (V) or PN40 (P), Victaulic® couplings, in-line ports.
    • C: AISI 316, PN25, Clamp couplings (DIN 32676), in-line ports.
    • K: AISI 316, PN25, threaded couplings (DIN 11851), in-line ports.
    • Round flanges can be coupled to counter-flanges according to EN 1092. Round counter-flanges in stainless steel are available on request for F, R, N versions.
  • 33-125SV Series:
    • G: Cast iron pump casing, liquid end stainless steel, in-line round flanges (PN16, PN25 or PN40 depending on model).
    • N: All AISI 316 stainless steel, in-line round flanges (PN16, PN25 or PN40 depending on model).
    • P: All AISI 316 stainless steel, in-line round flanges, PN40.
    • In-line ports with round flanges compliant with EN 1092.

Mechanical Seals:

  • Standard Mechanical Seal: Silicon carbide / Carbon / EPDM.
  • Other Available Seals: Silicon carbide / Silicon carbide / EPDM, Silicon carbide / Carbon / FKM (FPM), Silicon carbide / Silicon carbide / FKM (FPM), Special resin impregnated carbon / PTFE / EPDM, Silicon carbide / PTFE / EPDM.
  • Temperature Limits for Seals: Ranges from -30°C to +120°C depending on the specific seal type.
  • Seal housing chamber is designed to prevent air accumulation in the critical area.
