The SEKO Spring series comprises plunger piston and mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps, featuring a spring return mechanism in an aluminium housing. These pumps offer flexibility in stroke length and motor speed, which are separately controllable. Mechanically actuated diaphragms provide a zero-leakage solution for low-pressure applications.

The product line includes:

Feed water

Suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

• Potable water treatment: Injection of coagulants, flocculating agents, sodium hypochlorite, lime slurry, acid, bases, caustic soda, activated carbon.
• Waste water treatment: Domestic or industrial waste water treatment, boiler feed water, cooling water.
• Chemical treatment: Electrolytic (electro-plating) treatments, addition of degreasing agents, cleaning agents, nickel electroplating and chemical nickel plating, copper plating, tinning.

Electrical

• Motor types:
  • PS1, PS2, PS2 HP: Supplied with 3-phase electric motor as standard; single-phase motor optionally available for PS1 and PS2.
  • MS1: Can be supplied with single or three-phase electric motor.
  • 12 VDC ranges are available for PS1 and MS1 models.
• Protection: IP55 electrical protection classification for all mentioned motor types.
• Control:
  • An electric actuator option is available, which accepts a 4 – 20 mA signal.
  • Stroke lengths can be set automatically or manually using the AKTUA Kit, which uses a 4 – 20 mA signal (applicable to PS1, PS2, PS2 HP, MS1).

• Housing:
  • PS1, PS2, PS2 HP, MS1: Spring return mechanism in an aluminium housing.
  • MSV: Motors mounted vertically in a PP casing.
• Piston material: SS 316 or ceramic (standard).
