Solenoid Driven Dosing Pumps

These pumps are designed for low maintenance with virtually wear-free drive and no lubricated bearings or shafts. They feature multilingual menus, IP65 classification, and low level alarms. Kompact AML
The Kompact AML is a microprocessor-based, wall-mounted solenoid driven dosing pump designed for common daily needs. It offers both constant and proportional flow rates, managed via a manually adjustable control dial.

Tekna Series
The Tekna Series comprises innovative wall-mounted solenoid driven dosing pumps, available in analog and digital versions. These pumps offer outstanding precision and reliability, covering flow rates from 1.1 to 29 gph with output pressures up to 230 psi. A single style configuration simplifies installation planning.
- Diaphragm: Long life diaphragm tested for "Five Year" working life, made of pure solid PTFE.
- Display: Intelligent Display shows only relevant parameters for selected function.
- Pump Head: Standard PVDF pump head and ceramic ball valves. PVDF is suitable for almost all chemicals. Ceramic balls ensure chemical compatibility and pump reliability.

Motor Driven Dosing Pumps
SEKO offers an extensive range of motor driven dosing pumps with capacities up to 340 gph. These pumps provide high accuracy and flexibility for demanding water treatment applications. Membrane versions are suitable for problematic liquids, while piston variants offer superior performance.
Spring Series
The Spring series is SEKO's entry-level offering in motor driven pumps, designed to be robust, reliable, and capable of unsupervised operation. They feature a spring return mechanism in an aluminium housing, offering flexibility in stroke length and motor speed.
- Capacity range: Up to 340 gph, up to 116 psi.
- Liquid End: SS 316L and PVC.
- Diaphragms: Mechanically actuated diaphragms for low pressure applications, providing a zero-leakage solution. Made of PTFE.
- Piston: Available in SS316 or ceramic.
- Actuator: Every pump can be equipped with an electric actuator that accepts a 4 - 20 mA signal.
Spring MS1 (Mechanical diaphragm dosing pumps)
The MS1 series offers multiple combinations of pump head and motor power, achieving flow rates between 1.45 and 170 gph with pressures up to 116 psi. Each model is adjustable from 0 - 100% of the total flow rate, either manually or automatically via an AKTUA actuator (4 - 20 mA signal). Pumps can be supplied with single or three-phase electric motors with IP55 protection.

Spring PS2 (Plunger piston dosing pumps)
The PS2 series piston dosing pumps offer flow rates between 10.5 and 340 gph with pressures up to 80 psi. They feature a spring-loaded mechanism in an aluminium housing and are adjustable from 0 - 100% of the total flow rate (manually or automatically via an AKTUA actuator with 4 - 20 mA signal).

SEKO's controllers and sensors are built for precision and designed for both internal and external environments, offering easy integration into various process environments. They deliver real-time measured values and can be connected via bypass, immersion, or installed fittings.

Kontrol 100 (Single-parameter controller)
Advanced controllers for simpler high-end applications, featuring independent proportional control output and probe quality checking.
