    • Pressure max.: 200 bar
    • RPM max.: 900 min⁻¹
    • Output max.: 210.0 l/min
    • Water Temp. max.: 30 °C
    • Plunger dia.: 45 mm
    • Stroke: 52 mm
    • Weight approx.: 185 kg
    • NPSH Required: 9.1 mWs
  • P75/210-200GU*
    • Power Consumption: 82.5 kW

    • Water Temp. max.: 30 °C
    • Plunger dia.: 45 mm
    • Stroke: 52 mm
    • Weight approx.: 215 kg
    • NPSH Required: -
    • *GU models are available with gear boxes; different ratios on request.

Other models in the P75 series include P75/265-175G, P75/265-175GU*, P75/320-140G, and P75/320-140GU*. See the official PDF for exact tabulated values for these models.

Operating limits

  • Max. Water Temperature: 30 °C
  • Max. Pressure: Up to 200 bar (depending on model)
  • Max. RPM: 900 min⁻¹
  • Power Consumption: Up to 90.0 kW (depending on model)
  • Output: Up to 320.0 l/min (depending on model)
  • NPSH Required: Up to 9.8 mWs (depending on model)

Data provided is for intermittent operation. Data for continuous operation is available on request. A safety valve must be installed to ensure the operating pressure cannot be exceeded by more than 10%. Exceeding temperature or speed limits, or operating without a safety valve, voids the warranty.

Feed water

SPECK TRIPLEX Plunger Pumps are suitable for pumping clean water and other non-aggressive or abrasive media with a specific weight similar to water. Prior to pumping any other media, suitability and resistance of the pumps must be checked, considering performance and temperature values. Particular care is required when pumping warm water to prevent cavitation.

Electrical

  • Power consumption ranges from 82.5 kW to 90.0 kW, depending on the model.
  • An integrated gear oil cooling system is available and recommended for power ratings >60 kW or for continuous operation.

Mechanical / hydraulic

Construction Characteristics

  • Crankcase made of solid sphero-cast iron for high stability and vibration dampening.
  • Crankshaft with taper roller bearings and plain bearing con rod, all running in oil.
  • Solid ceramic plunger.
  • Double plunger sealing.
  • All gaskets held in seal sleeves for precise centering and easy replacement.
  • Available with reduction gear (gear ratios for 1500, 1800, 2200 input rpm) with solid shaft or hollow shaft (SAE-C Spline 14T 12/24DP) and mounting flange for hydraulic motor.
  • Pumps are also available with a valve lifter.

Materials Used

  • Valve Casing: Nickel-plated sphero-cast-iron
  • Plunger: Solid ceramic
  • Valves: High-Grade Stainless Steel
  • Sleeves: Nitrile with fabric reinforcing
  • Crankshaft: Drop-forged and case-hardened

General Operation

Even though P75 pumps run almost pulsation-free, a pressure accumulator may be necessary depending on the unit's construction and operating conditions. Flexible pressure lines can also achieve this effect. A pulsation damper significantly extends the life of seals and bearings.

Power Calculation Formula

A general formula for calculating power is: P (bar) x Q (l/min) = kW / 475
