Summary
Product identification
The Sulzer SMH/SMHv is an API 610 (ISO 13709) Type BB1 axially split single-stage pump. The SMHv is a vertical shaft version designed for confined spaces.
Main applications include:
- Oil & Gas markets
- Hydrocarbon Processing Industries (HPI)
- Pumping of flammable, toxic, or critical cooling liquids, often at elevated temperatures and pressures.
Operating limits
- Bowl sizes: 150 to 800 mm (6 to 32 in)
- Capacities: 150 to 10,000 m³/h (660 to 44,000 USgpm)
- Heads: 10 to 200 m (32 to 650 ft)
- Pressures: up to 25 bar (up to 362 psi)
- Temperatures: -10 to 120°C (15 to 250°F)
Mechanical / Hydraulic
The SMH is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 13709 (API 610) and incorporates years of operational experience.
