Summary

Product Description

The HYDRACoRe70pHT Series consists of high flux, 720 Dalton MWCO thin-film, chlorine-resistant nanofiltration membranes. They are designed for color removal, acid, caustic, and other chemical reclamation applications due to their ability to reject color, proteins, fats, oils, and other macromolecular species.

Product Identification

  • Type: Sanitary Spiral Wound
  • Membrane Polymer: Sulfonated Polyethersulfone

Operating Limits

  • Maximum Applied Pressure: 600 psig
  • Maximum Continuous Chlorine Concentration¹: 10 PPM
  • Maximum Chlorine Concentration for Cleaning¹: 100 PPM
  • Maximum Operating Temperature: 158 F (70 C)
  • Operating pH Range: 1 - 13.5
  • Cleaning pH Range: 1 - 13.5
  • Maximum Pressure Drop for a vessel: 60 psi (4 bar)

¹Transition metals (Fe, Mn) should not be present in the water or on the membrane as these can accelerate detrimental reactions between the membrane and the oxidant.
