Ultrafiltration Modules dizzer® P

Engineering summary from PDF text extraction for Ultrafiltration Modules dizzer® P. Verify every value with the OEM datasheet.

Summary

Product identification

The dizzer® P series consists of Ultrafiltration (UF) modules designed for small-scale applications such as Point-of-Use or Point-of-Entry. They feature easy installation, plug-and-play operation, excellent filtrate quality, and reliable rejection of microorganisms and viruses, contributing to low operating costs.

The modules utilize Multibore® membranes, available in 0.9 mm and 1.5 mm inside diameter variations.

Operating limits

Modules

  • Maximum transmembrane pressure:
    • 3 bar (43.5 psi)
  • Temperature range:
    • 1 – 40 °C (34 – 104 °F)
    • Note: To avoid mechanical damage, do not subject the membrane module or element to sudden temperature changes (> 1°C/min) or water hammer.

Pressure housings

  • Maximum system pressure:
    • 10 bar (145 psi)
  • Temperature range:
    • 1 – 40 °C (34 – 104 °F)
