      • Applied Pressure: 150 psi (10.3 bar)
      • Operating Temperature: 77 °F (25 °C)
      • Permeate Recovery: 10%
      • pH Range: 6.5 ÷ 7.0
  • Type LOW2

    • Permeate Flow: 280 gpd (1.1 m³/d)
    • Salt Rejection: 99.4% nominal (99.0% minimum)
    • Test Conditions:
      • NaCl Solution: 1500 ppm
      • Applied Pressure: 150 psi (10.3 bar)
      • Operating Temperature: 77 °F (25 °C)
      • Permeate Recovery: 10%
      • pH Range: 6.5 ÷ 7.0
  • Type LOW3

    • Permeate Flow: 420 gpd (1.6 m³/d)
    • Salt Rejection: 98.5% nominal (97.0% minimum)
    • Test Conditions:
      • NaCl Solution: 1500 ppm
      • Applied Pressure: 150 psi (10.3 bar)
      • Operating Temperature: 77 °F (25 °C)
      • Permeate Recovery: 10%
      • pH Range: 6.5 ÷ 7.0
  • Type LOW4

    • Permeate Flow: 350 gpd (1.3 m³/d)
    • Salt Rejection: 99.0% nominal (98.0% minimum)
    • Test Conditions:
      • NaCl Solution: 500 ppm
      • Applied Pressure: 100 psi (6.9 bar)
      • Operating Temperature: 77 °F (25 °C)
      • Permeate Recovery: 10%
      • pH Range: 6.5 ÷ 7.0

Minimum permeate flow for individual modules may vary 15% below nominal.

Operating limits

  • Maximum Feed Flow: 6 gpm (23 lpm)
  • Chlorine Concentration: <0.1 ppm
  • Feedwater SDI (15min): 3.0
  • Feedwater Turbidity: 0.5 NTU
  • Maximum Operating Temperature: 113 °F (45 °C)
  • Maximum Pressure Drop: 10 psi (0.7 bar)
  • Maximum Operating Pressure: 180 psi (12.4 bar)
  • Feedwater pH Range: 3.0 ÷ 10.0
  • Minimum ratio of concentrate to permeate flow for any element: 5:1

The limitations shown are for general use. The values may be more conservative for specific projects to ensure the best performance and longest life of the membrane. The presence of free chlorine and other oxidizing agents will cause membrane failure, and the damage is not covered under warranty.

Mechanical / hydraulic

  • Total Length (A): 23.40 inches (594 mm)
  • Partial Length (B): 20.25 inches (514 mm)
  • Max Diameter (C): 3.05 inches (77 mm)
  • Tubular Diameter (D): 2.75 inches (70 mm)
  • E: 6.0 inches (152 mm)
  • Weight (shipped-working): 5.4-6.6 lbs (2.4-3.0 Kg)

The size must be considered in a range of ±3% except for the lengths (A and B) ±3‰. The modules are sealed with small screws (to be removed when used), they contain less than 1.0% sodium meta-bisulfite and less than 10% propylene glycol solution and are then packaged in a cardboard box.

General Guidelines

  • Permeate obtained from first hour of operation should be discarded.
  • Avoid static permeate-side backpressure at all times.
  • These membranes may be subject to drinking water application restrictions in some countries; please check the application status before use and sale.
