  • Brine Spacer Material: Polypropylene
  • Nominal Membrane Area: 35 ft² (3.2 m²)

Performance (Test Conditions)

Performance is specified for different types (LOW1, LOW2, LOW3, LOW4). Test conditions marked with an asterisk (*) refer to LOW4.

Permeate Flow:

  • LOW1: 1080 gpd (4.1 m³/d)
  • LOW2: 730 gpd (2.76 m³/d)
  • LOW3: 1200 gpd (4.54 m³/d)
  • LOW4: *1025 gpd (*3.88 m³/d)

Salt Rejection:

  • LOW1: 99.0% nominal (98.0% minimum)
  • LOW2: 99.4% nominal (99.0% minimum)
  • LOW3: 98.5% nominal (97.0% minimum)
  • LOW4: *99.0% nominal (*98.0% minimum)

Test Conditions (After 30 min of operation):

  • Solution NaCl: 1500 ppm, *500 ppm
  • Applied Pressure: 150 psi (10.3 bar), *100 psi (*6.9 bar)
  • Operating Temperature: 77 °F (25 °C)
  • Permeate Recovery: 10%
  • pH Range: 6.5 ÷ 7.0

Operating limits

  • Maximum Operating Pressure: 210 psi (14.5 bar)
  • Maximum Feed Flow: 12 gpm (45.4 lpm)
  • Maximum Temperature: 113 °F (45 °C)
  • Maximum Pressure Drop: 10 psi (0.7 bar)
  • Maximum Chlorine Concentration: <0.1 ppm
  • Maximum Feedwater SDI (15min): 3.0
  • Maximum Feedwater Turbidity: 0.5 NTU
  • Feedwater pH Range: 3.0 ÷ 10.0
  • Minimum ratio of concentrate to permeate flow for any element: 5:1

Mechanical / hydraulic

  • Total Length (A): 25.20 inches (640 mm)
  • Partial Length (B): 22.00 inches (559 mm)
  • Max Diameter (C): 4.65 inches (118 mm)
  • Tubular Diameter (D): 4.10 inches (104 mm)
  • Dimension (E): 6.5 inches (165 mm)
  • Weight (shipped-working): 11.0-14.0 lbs (5.0-6.4 Kg)

Note: Sizes are nominal. Dimensions should be considered within a range of ±3%, except for lengths (A and B) which are ±3‰. Minimum permeate flow for individual modules may vary 15% below nominal.

General Notices

Modules are sealed with small screws (to be removed when used). They contain less than 1.0% sodium meta-bisulfite and less than 10% propylene glycol solution and are then packaged in a cardboard box. Permeate obtained from the first hour of operation should be discarded. Avoid static permeate-side backpressure at all times. The presence of free chlorine and other oxidizing agents will cause membrane failure, and such damage is not covered under warranty. These membranes may be subject to drinking water application restrictions in some countries; please check the application status before use and sale.
