Product Features

  • Robust Membrane: Made by "complex Thermally Induced Phase Separation" (c-TIPS) technology, providing high crystallinity for chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and longer lifetime.
  • Permanently Hydrophilic Membrane: PVDF UF membrane remains hydrophilic permanently, offering steady flux by preventing loss of hydrophilicity due to polymer reconfiguration.
  • Oxidation-inert Membrane: PVDF polymer allows thorough cleaning with strong oxidants due to chemical inertness.
  • Internal Air Channels: Individual air diffusers blow air evenly through the membrane bundle, effectively scrubbing away pollutants.
  • Soft Potting: A soft layer of potting material protects the weakest portions of the capillaries ("roots") from breakage during operation.

Applications

OLTRE CAP –V membrane modules can be used for:
