  • Feed Water pH Range, Chemical Cleaning: 1-12
  • Maximum Pressure Drop per Element: 20 psi (0.14 MPa)
  • Maximum Pressure Drop per Vessel: 60 psi (0.4 MPa)

Mechanical / Hydraulic

  • Element Length (8" models): 40 inches (1,016 mm)
  • Element Diameter (8" models): 7.9 inches (201 mm)
  • Element Diameter (4" model): 4 inches (101 mm)
  • Dimensions are shown in Inches (millimeter).

Operating Information

  • Elements are wet tested and treated with a 1% by weight sodium bisulfite storage solution, then vacuum packed in oxygen barrier bags. Alternatively, they may be treated with tested feed water solution and vacuum packed with deoxidant inside.
  • For short-term storage, shipment, or system shutdown, immersion in a protective solution of 500 - 1,000 ppm sodium bisulfite (food grade) dissolved in permeate is recommended to prevent biological growth.
  • Permeate from the first hour of operation shall be discarded.
  • The use of chemicals incompatible with the elements will void the Limited Warranty.
