Summary

Product identification

The AE Series consists of proprietary thin-film reverse osmosis (TFM) elements characterized by excellent sodium chloride (NaCl) rejection. These elements are designed for high-quality permeate production from seawater with relatively high Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). AE series membrane chemistry provides excellent rejection characteristics when operated at seawater operating conditions, with pressures exceeding 800 psi (5,516 kPa).

Element Specification

Testing conditions for average salt rejection and permeate flow are: 32,000 mg/L NaCl & 5 mg/L Boron solution at 800 psi (5,516 kPa) operating pressure, 77°F (25°C), pH 8.0 and 10% recovery. Average salt rejection is measured after 24 hours of operation. Individual flow rate may vary ±20%.
